Why a residential load calculation ?

A precise load calculation is the starting point to any heating or cooling system installation, whether you're looking to install an Air Conditioning system, a heating system, a heat pump, a geothermal system, or any other system in your home.

  • HVAC Contractors
Stand out from the competition by preparing your clients' estimates based on a precise load calculation.

  • Home Owners
Begin by having the right information to request quotations from potential HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) installers. Every contracting bidder will be working with the same precise information.
A load calculation which conforms to Manual J (USA) and CSA standard F280 (Canada) is required for most government grants.

Norms and Standards Used

We perform our calculations using Wrightsoft which conforms to the latest industry standards. No rule of thumb.

The result: A Personalized Report

Whether you're building a new home, restoring an older home or replacing an existing system which does not seem to provide adequate comfort levels, you should begin with a load calculation in order to properly size your equipment.

A typical report will provide you with important information regarding the heating and cooling requirements for your home.

Three (3) business days are required for us to send you your personalized load calculation report.
